Exens Solutions designs and manufactures semiconductor components and modules combining complex functions for space, defense, medical and telecommunications markets. We provide a wide range of semiconductors, possibly of-the-shelf, ESA qualified (QPL) or ESA preferred (EPPL). Custom products are also developed on customer demand. Our PIN diodes cover voltage levels from 30V to 3000V, offering the best compromise between series resistance and junction capacitance. Main applications are switching, limiting, attenuating, and phase shifting. Our diodes are proposed in dies or in specific packages (HiRel ceramic, plastic, etc.). Exens Solutions also designs new packages on request.

Exens Solutions designs and manufactures microwave equipment in rectangular waveguide. Our products cover avionics, defense and space markets.
Embedded in civil or defense radars they contribute to ensure clear transmission and continuity of signals of surveillance systems.
