We provide a wide range of semiconductors, possibly of-the-shelf, ESA qualified (QPL) or ESA preferred (EPPL). Custom products are also developed on customer demand. Our PIN diodes cover voltage levels from 30V to 3000V, offering the best compromise between series resistance and junction capacitance. Main applications are switching, limiting, attenuating, and phase shifting. Our diodes are proposed in dies or in specific packages (HiRel ceramic, plastic, etc.). Exens Solutions also designs new packages on request.
